Eagle Pass Independent School District Student Activity Center Football Stadium - The new proposed Student Activity Center is comprised of athletic facilities and an 8,000 seating capacity football stadium. In November 2007, Eagle Pass voters approved a $22 million bond election to finance this community project. The new football stadium will be built on 100 acres of property donated by a long-time Eagle Pass philanthropist Charles Winn and family. The stadium site is on Highway 277 south of C.C. Winn High School and adjacent to the proposed Outer Loop project.
